Just got the Genie 2 software program and trying to connect my aids to the program using Noahlink.
On the drop down menu for what aids, Oticon Optim isn’t listed. Is there a way I can connect them?

Try turning the hearing aids on and off and detecting them in the software. If they aren’t detected then the NHS will be using proprietary software.
