Actually, you do - Amazon has something called the A-to-Z guarantee that protects you when you purchase items sold and fulfilled by a 3rd party seller (it covers the time delivery and the condition of the product. If something goes wrong, you call amazon, not the third party seller
Wow, I did not know that! Thanks for sharing.

FYI: I just now found a Noahlink Wireless 2 device on AliExpress with one remaining available for $156.52 plus tax. I was able to also find a $12 off coupon that actually worked on Slickdeals, and ended up with a total price of $154.64. I think that is about the best price I will be able to get the device for at the moment, in the USA. I know I could have gotten the original version of the device for a fair amount less, but I am an engineer and when we buy a technology item we like to get the latest version. I used PayPal to pay for it so I will have their protection policies if there is any issue. It is due to arrive between 12/28-1/4. ![]()
Thanks to everyone for the help. Once I get it I can tryout out the Target fitting software for my 3-day old Phonak Infineo Spheres. So far it is obvious there will be quite a few adjustments necessary! I figure I can try things out myself between follow-up appointments with the audiologist, so that I can then provide useful information to her for making appropriate updates.

I got my Noahlink on the 3rd and was able to get it setup to where I could connect to my Spheres through the Target software on my PC. So all is good with my purchase. That was the easy part. Now I need to learn/understand how to use the Target software to make beneficial changes for improving/optimizing the Sphere’s configuration and settings for my hearing loss. That is going to take some effort, but hopefully I will be able to find some good information here on this forum to aid me with that. ![]()

Hi, just checking if anyone has any recent experience with the company mentioned above.
I’m considering buying a ConnexxAir from them, but I’d like to make sure the website is legitimate first. They do list some company information, including the owner’s name and address, but I haven’t been able to find any reviews or independent feedback anywhere online.
Has anyone ordered from them recently or had any direct experience with the company?
Thanks!

I decided not to buy from the company mentioned in the OP after I read the FAQ on their website. One question stood out:
"Why is the payee not your company?
Our payees are dynamically assigned to different countries at random, purely to reduce tax costs, which helps make our product prices more competitive. We hope this does not cause you any inconvenience. Regardless of the payment method or which country our payee is from, we are obligated to fulfill your order."

I just received a NoahLink Wireless 2 from hearing-shop.com. Appears completely authentic, and it works correctly as far as I can tell.
I had the same reservations noted by others, so the first thing I did was send an email to the listed contact asking about stock status, delivery, etc. Got a prompt answer that made sense. I then went back and forth a couple a times and again got quite reasonable answers.
The product came from China, which is where it is manufactured, and delivery took a total of about 8 days.
I have no idea if the product is gray-market, second quality, stolen, etc, but at this time nothing seems amiss.

Despite the concerns raised here, I went ahead and placed an order. I ordered a Hi-Pro 2 (220 EUR) and a pair of Unitron cables (60 EUR).
Reason: Hi-Pro devices (Generation 1 or 2) are incredibly expensive on European platforms (eBay, various classifieds, etc.) – often 200 or 300 EUR for second-hand units. Also, over the past two months I haven’t been able to find any Phonak/Unitron cables for Phonak with size 10 batteries. And similar second-hand cables e.g. for 312 batteries are also extremly overpriced – 100 or even 140 EUR for a pair of cables with obvious signs of wear.
My experience with the shop was extremely good. Enquiries made via the contact form were answered competently and friendly within 12 hours, both before and after placing the order. Payment via PayPal. Dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. The parcel is sent from China to Europe by air freight. A link with detailed tracking information is provided. Six days after placing the order, the parcel arrived in Europe, and three days later it was delivered to my doorstep via DPD. Customs duties and handling are already included in the price. So I didn’t have to worry about a thing and it was just as straightforward as receiving a domestic parcel.
The items were very well packaged and both look to me like genuine parts. Drivers and instructions are supplied on a CD and, helpfully, on an SD card with a USB adapter. I tested straight away whether I could connect my hearing aids to Phonak Target, and the connection, as well as reading and writing new settings, worked straight away.
So I’ve had nothing but the very best experiences with hearing-shop.com
However, there are a few things to bear in mind:
A fee of 10 USD is charged for returns, and you must cover the return postage yourself. So you should know exactly what you’re ordering, as returning items tends to be rather expensive.
Warranty issues are likely to be somewhat complex – at least by European standards – due to the non-European jurisdiction, and in practice tend to result in disposal and the purchase of a new unit. However, what’s there to go wrong with such devices? The Hi-Pros are essentially decades-old, primitive technology where not much can go wrong. And if you just care a little, the cables should last for many years in private use.
