Have had new Rexton Bicore C R-LI for a month and miserable

I went back in after 2 weeks because I cant understand a lot in conversation one on one or in a group. They raised the volume and tweaked it. Now at a month im still having frequency and word recognition issues. I dont know if these have which might help. I go in tomorrow and will try again. I told them last time im not going to keep them if i cant get it resolved by 3 months. Any suggestions?

Some general suggestions:

  1. Have you hearing retested to see if the results agree with the first test.
  2. Try a different person to adjust the hearing aids. If bought through Costco, try a different store.
  3. Write down the words you think you are missing and any other thing that you notice while it’s happening. Bring your notes to your next fitting adjustment.
  4. Have your make four general programs with different adjustment settings and place them one each in your four programs to allow you to try more things before working on hearing-in-noise and music settings.
  5. Have the HCP double check the placement of the speaker in your ear canal.
  6. Try different domes.
  7. Try a different hearing aid.
    8.Have your HCP try a different fitting rational.

You might want try remote fittings if you and your HCP can make it work. That would save driving to the hearing aid center, and you might be able to get adjustments done quicker.

I recommend the option exceed play it is a super power childrens hearing mind u have been wear hearings since March 1966 I wore analog hearing aids before they came out with the digital my ais has both analog and digital the clarity is so awesome I have only 10 percent hearing left in my left ear never had any insight ear

I have the BiCore C Ri-Li model. Have had them just a little over 2 years.
Have to take them back to Costco tomorrow. A couple of days ago the left unit would only work for 2 hours until I started getting the chime. The right unit does charge but not for long. Now the left unit will not charge at all, totally dead. I had hoped the non-replaceable rechargeable battery would last longer. There is a 3 year warranty on these things, does Rexton change the battery under the warranty?

Absolutely they do, Costco will sort this out for you.
