Hi , i posted earlier. I have half shell starkey geneis hearing aids. I wore them last night as son was sick but took them out to charge. Put one in and it was a bit itchy so went to take it out it broke apart. Still works but casing is all messed up, need tape to keep together. Was it because last night the pressure cracked the case even though it didnt break till later in the day. Ublike my other cic these dont have a pull cord so i kinda have to grip hard to remove them so maybe thats why the shell collapsed? Ive been wearing hearing aids 15 years and first time something broke when removing it.
