Hearing aid Oticon PG-10

It seems to me that for me there is no big difference, 8 channels in a hearing aid or 12. I still practically do not hear a signal above 4 kilohertz. But I would really like to have such a hearing aid, which would have a speaker located directly in the earmold. miniRITE. But all such hearing aids for me are of low power. I do not understand why no manufacturer produces powerful miniRITE hearing aids with amplification up to 110-120 decibels and insert this speaker directly into the silicone earmold.
