If you’re looking for affordable hearing aid repairs, I highly recommend this company. I had two Oticon More 1 hearing aids repaired for just $168 total—including shipping. They replaced one microphone and fixed both switches. What’s even better is they can service nearly any brand or model, no matter how old. I had mine repaired back in April 2025, and they’re still working perfectly as of September 2025.

Thanks for sharing this info! I’ll keep them in mind for when my warranty expires. I hope this repair shop will still be in business by then.

Yes, I found UCAN-Hear through eBay while browsing used hearing aids. If you’re planning to send yours in, make sure to include the label above in my original post on this page. I placed mine in a pill bottle to keep them dry, added my return address, and shipped everything in a USPS box with insurance covering the value of the hearing aids. The turnaround was pretty quick, and UCAN-Hear accepts both credit cards and PayPal. I also texted them ahead of time using the phone number on the label to ask questions and get a price quote based on the model and its issues.

Good to know, because it appears that he does rechargeable battery replacement.

While the batteries in my Phonak aids are fine now, eventually they all will need to be replaced. That’s just the nature of Lithium batteries, it’s not if but when they die.

Yes and for the price I paid on the having the Oticon More’s repaired, they replaced the batteries too, I forgot to mention that. Very good price and honest company.
