Hearing problems in shops

I’ve been using Phonak Sphere hearing aids for some time but I can’t work out which programme to use on My Phonak app so that I can hear a little more clearly in shops. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

You might manually turn on the Shere function. It may not be loud enough for it to automatically change to that program.
