Hering aid configured for wrong side

I have a pair of Phonak M50-13t that I use as backups to my M90-13's. The last time I attempted to use them the right aid came up in Target configured for the left side. Is there any way to fix this without going to a audi?

It's an easy fix in target so why would you need to go to the Audiologist, as you've connected them yourself as a project? you would of seen the reconfigure opinion for left/right, so this could be a "data mismatch" you could also just start a fitting/client and reconfigure them that way(be sure you have the correct receiver fitted for the left/right side etc)

So far no one has provided a method of reconfiguring a pair of aides that open in Target configured for the same side. Does anyone know if you can can reassign the correct side to an aide in Target or does it require sending in for a repair? If a repair is needed I might just look for another pair.

Uh? Follow the instructions already given and you'll be good to go, why would it need a repair it's not broken as such, but I think we're slowly getting more information from you, so you brought these and they are both programmed for the same side?

Actually when you connect these to target you should get a mismatch pop up with the offer to change anyway, it's a long time since I used target but I seem to remember this,is it possible to get a screenshot of what you get when you connect, it shouldn't be this hard to do.

No. I bought these and used them for some time before I found a pair of M90's that I could afford. When I switched to the M90's I put the M50's away to use as a backup. I recently got my 90's wet and wanted to use the 50's while i dried them off. That is when they came up in Target both configured for the same side.

I was in an audi's office today getting earmolds made. I asked him about the problem with the 50's and he said he never heard of that happening and had no idea how to fix it.

I wasn't aware that anyone had told me how to fix ithe problem at this point in time.

Yeah how strange, I mean this couldn't happen without them being programmed this way to begin with, so I'm thinking you did something at the time you went to connect them for the first time in a while without realising it? So yeah I'm not surprised your Audiologist was stumped about it.

Well I did give a couple of things to try, right now it seems one way is to make a new client and reconfigure them with a new fitting, seems easy enough.

Also can you share a screenshot of when you connect to target so we can see the mismatch message.
