Having less than adequate help from Phonak/Sonova
When asking this question, after having told them my aids were “Nadia M70-SP’s, they merely pasted in their reply parts of the manual with which I had already said I was having trouble with!
This is typical of the sort of “assistance” I am used to from Sonova, the phrase “Chocolate Teapot” springs to mind!
They totally ignore the fact that my aids are Nadia, and ramble on about a model “Marval” which is not mine!
Looking up the difference I saw a link:
Hello, Can anyone please explain what the difference would be between an Audéo and a Naída from Phonak with the same technology level? I took some screenshots from Target, and I saw the following which makes me assume that the power levels are the same, but that surely cannot be the case, why else would there be a separate Audéo line and a Naída line? So how do I interpret these power levels? Moreover, In Target Audéo M is marketed as intended for mild to profound hearing loss: [image] See …
Any way, I was at some point during the fitting of the aids told that they could “store” I think up to 8 different connections!
So ova in their wisdom tell me that the Marval aid? Will store just 2 devices.
And their instruction to pair the aids to a device says the first step is to “Forget Devices”!
Eek!
I’m on holiday for a month and really could not manage if the aids forgot their connection to my phone!
Relying on any perceived help from Sonova would be worse than silly!
Can anyone help me with this problem?
Do I really have to “forget” the devices?
Thanks.
