I need to copy settings from an older Signia 7IX to a newer one but for the life of me can’t figure out how to do it. Both are same ear, so I can’t connect them through the Noahlink at the same time to do any drag and drop. Any ideas?

Try this:
(1) Save the settings of the new one under a different name (just in case).
(2) Open client that has the old settings and load its most recent session.
(3) Connect the aids (click connect/detect)
(4) Once the software detects the new devices, it will recognize they are different from the ones in the saved session.
(5) You will get a mismatch error. You will be offered the option “Use session data” or “apply session data to hearing aids”
(6) Connexx will attempt to apply the session data to the aids. Not all settings/data may be transferred.
Please make sure you do step 1.

Yeah it’s not a cut or paste drag/drop, but as above should work, check out this video as well.

Sorry for the delay in responding, life got in the way. I installed an update to the software today in preparation for doing this, and what do you know - now there is an option for “MimicFit”, to transfer session data to new hearing aids. Selected this and everything is now on the new one!
