How to identify which Signia Pure X model I have?

How to identify model of Signia Pure X rechargeable series hearing aids.

Specifically, I want to authenticate a 5X or 7X model.

For 312 model - Look inside the battery compartment - you will see a model number ; eg 7X and below it the serial number - perhaps the rechargeable ones also have a compartment

On my Signia Pure Charge&Go 7X there does not appear to be any external markings showing the model number (or serial number). Only shows “Pure Charge & Go”.

I do have a NaohLink Wireless Programmer and it shows model # and serial # when it connects to the device.

I don’t recommend it but the on/off button pops off with a small screwdriver under very center. I lost it twice before popping it back on by pressing in center. Under that is a circuit board with serial # and maybe model#. I lost it on counter than dropped it on floor.
Used flashlight to find plastic cover. Info found on internet search.

My wife’s are 7X.

I would try getting in touch with the clinic you purchaed them from and they will be able to tell you

If you are using an Iphone then you can go to Settings - Accessibility - Hearing Devices and it should be listed.
