How do I update Genie?
The Genie Updater doesn’t seem to do anything when I double click on it.
I’m on 2023.2.
2023.2 shows my Xceed but it only shows the NHS Engage and not the NHS Optim so want to try and update.

i belive that after you enter the special Genie 2 unlock code for NHS aids, the software won’t update anymore via the Genie 2 Updater tool.
To get the latest Genie 2 2024.2 you need to deinstall and re-install Genie 2.
After fresh installation of Genis 2 you first need to update Genie 2 to 2024 version before you enter the NHS code.

Did you ever get the unlock code for NHS Oticon Optim? I’m in need of it too as it’s not listed in genie2 without the code.
