Danka, I think part of the problem is that generally speaking, the crowd + Phone apps is being used by an older, less technical group of people who don’t know what programmability means and what flexibility they could expect, if they could only explain their particular hearing problem is. For me, a table mike might be a nice thing to have but the issue I mentioned above about the balance between riding in a car, listening to Bluetooth programs and walking down the street listening seem like the perfect place to put a couple Bluetooth programs into your HA app and let the user select. According to my HA specialist, this is impossible and no HA apps do this today. Well, they call it “software” for a reason!
