I can’t get the Sony CRE C20 hearing aids to connect.

I’ve tried repeatedly to get these to connect. I just got them yesterday and am so frustrated. I adjusted the volume, unmuted the phone, and they won’t connect. Can anyone help? Thanks

Can you share the steps that you have done to connect them plus what phone you are using ?

Were you able to set them up and do the hearing test?

These aids do not support Bluetooth streaming (in case that’s what you are trying to do)
