It seems the Interton Move hearing aid is not supported by Appraise 2.x.

I checked a bit more on Interton website and the software is called “Interton Fitting”. They have two fitting softwares?

Do you have also the “Intertone Fitting” software?

I think the device is not rebranded, but the model is not listed in the Apprise 2.4

As far as I can see from the devices and from the paper of my acoustician - their model is GN Interton Move 3 MV361-DRWC MP
But they are not found by the Appraise software with NOAHLink Wireless

Yes, correct - it’s the Noahlink Wireless.
So no chance to use these devices with the software? They are not detected at all. And the Noahlink Wireless test works good from the software.

It is a different software indeed - on page 7 of the above mentioned document is written: “Upgrading a patient from legacy hearing instruments to Interton Move”

Yeah although they are rebranded ReSound’s, your gonna need that “Interton Fitting” I’m pretty sure other members have this, so you should be able to get a copy, try directly by PM, you could get lucky.

I’m pretty sure that other members do not have it! ReBrand fitting software is different from normal fitting software. You have to wait until a copy of ReBrand fitting software falls off the back of a truck. :wink:

Oh it’s there all right, just like a lot of “other” rebranded software that’s been acquired over the years (possibly from falling off the back of a truck as you say)
