Hi, I have had my Audeo P-90 R aids for about 4 years now. The other day my baby granddaughter pulled on one and the wire has detached. My audiologist (Specsavers UK) have told me this cannot be repaired and I will need to buy a new hearing aid.
I can’t believe that Phonak would make this so? This sort of accident could easily happen to anyone and surely should be able to get repaired.
Advice please.

This morning I received my earpiece from an eBay seller, cost £25. It took me less than a minute to replace the broken one.
A big thank you to everyone who replied for all of you help.
I will be writing to Specsavers head office, my local trading standards and my local MP.
