Issue with Oticon SmartCharger

I don’t understand the fee but failures happen. The first smart charger I received will not start charging the right hearing aid when the wall charger isn’t plugged in. But otherwise it t works great.

The local clinic will charge a small service fee for sending the charger to the local Oticon office for service or warranty claims.HA was not bought from the local clinic (it was imported).
