I bought a pair of Jabra Enhance Select 500’s a little over a year ago, warranty now gone but they still work. The only problem I had with them is they would randomly steal the bluetooth signal while I was using my Unitron Moxi Blu hearing aids on a phone call, while they were in a closed charging case. Suddenly neither my caller nor I could hear each other and when I looked at my phone I could see I was connected to the set in the charging case. I have tinnatis so I use hearing aids for both day and night. My Moxi Blu warranty ran out and one stopped charging so I ordered the new Jabra Enhance Select 700’s last month, thinking surely Jabra has solved this problem. Nope. Now both sets of hearing aids will connect to my phone while I am using the other set, stealing the sound. I disconnect the pair that is being charged but they do not turn off in the charging case. I have been trying to get Jabra support to do something about this but support does not even seem to understand the problem. Does anyone else use Jabra and do they turn off while in the charging case? I know I could unpair the set in the charging case but then have to go through re-pairing them when I just need to switch over to the charged set and that is a PIA.
