Jabra hearing aid making crackling noise

I got new Jabra hearing aids at Costco, and the left one makes crackling noise at all high frequency noises. For example, when two pieces of silverware clink together or water in a tap first hits the basin, etc. This only happens in the left ear. I wore Oticons for around 10 years, and never had this happen at all in either ear.
Is this a matter of the adjustment being set too strong at the very high frequencies, or is the left defective?

Yes easy fix for your Audiologist to sort, as a experienced user you know how you like things to sound, you probably have tried the App to make some changes in the meantime.

Could be caused by a compromised microphone filter. One of my Pro 30s crackled on bike rides. ‘My’ audi at Costco changed the filter. No more crackling. She also gave me a package of mic filters for the next time.
