Just got Jabra Enhance Pro 30 at Costco

Hi, Just got mine fitted recently and seem to work great so far. I heard can get the software and a noahlink 2 device to adjust the setup which led me here to these forums. I want to enable the tinnitus feature. The audiologist tried to enable but it is grayed-out in his software - seems like he would have enabled if he could.

What do I need to get started? Where is best place to het Noahlink 2? They seem quite expensive on Ebay.

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, seems eBay or Amazon is the place to get the Noahlink wireless programming device.

Thanks, where do I acquire the software for this?

So far the hearing aids are amazing. I am 57 years old with hearing loss in high frequencies. I did not expect these tiny things in my ears to make such a huge difference. At first was a bit overwhelming but after a few days I am getting used to them. Wish I would have done this earlier.

Thanks, I ordered the old Noahlink model from there. The Noahlink 2 is not needed and overkill based on what I read. I understand that the reason they made the 2 is due to part/supply shortages so they upgraded it a bit with USBC and higher version which both are not required.
