One of my two Kirkland Signature 10 hearing aids (KS10) stopped pairing with my iPhone last night.
Given the blinking green followed by solid orange for 2 seconds upon power cycle… It appears to be stuck in “Flight Mode.” See attached PDFs.
Or perhaps, the Bluetooth radio itself is fried. Can I verify/diagnose the Bluetooth radio as an end user?
KS10 firmware is version 1.1.15.0.
Things I’ve already tried:
- Verified most current O/S on iPhone
- Verified latest version of Easy Line Remote app (version 7.4.2.2403)
- Hard reboot of hearing aids (hold down the lower button of both aids at the same time for 30 seconds then place back in the charger until both aids start flashing)
- “Forget This Device” (for both hearing aids) and then attempted reconnection in iPhone Bluetooth settings
- Deleted and reinstalled the Easy Line Remote app from scratch
Any knowledgeable suggestions are greatly appreciated!
I really don’t want to make an unplanned trip to the Costco Hearing Center today. ![]()
