I program my KS 10.0 (Phonak Paradise equivalent) with Target software. All is good except a caller can’t hear my voice on a phone call. I can’t find a microphone gain for streaming in the software.
Can anyone help with this? Thanks. Dan

PROBLEM SOLVED
Brushed dirt out of all four microphone ports. Everything works just great.
