I’m so glad I found this forum. I’ve had my Philips 9040’s from Costco for two-years now and I recently got them readjusted. I don’t like the new settings and was searching if I could change the settings myself. It looks like I need to buy the NoahLink 2 (Amazon?) and the HearSuite software. Where can I find that? Thank you for the help and support.

Is my HearSuite 2025.1 still the current version?
Was wondering if an update has occurred now that Oticon/Philips has pushed out firmware updates recently to add to their ’s.

In the program HELP, the “Check for Update” line is faded. Not active.
I don’t have the Noahlink yet. Would the HearSuite software need to be linked to the Noahlink in order for the update function to work?

No you wouldn’t need the Noahlink wireless to do uodates, as that’s just an hardware interface between the and software, Hearsuite automatically checks everytime you open Hearsuite, make sure your connected to the internet, reboot pc as well, if one is available you’ll get a pop up to download.
