Looking for a new BTE

I am after a pair of aids that where the user has FULL CONTROL thru an app, i did send my to Jabra, theie reply was being i have severe to profound loss their aids will not work for me, are there any users here who can give me some ideas on BTE aids that have the power i need and have full control using an app ect. i don’t want to go through what i did in the past, where when i needed tweeking of my previous aids, going back wasting waiting time and appointments, and eventually had to pay after so many tune ups., i do have the Signia Prompt SP and the Run SP, they have the gain for my loss but they are not Bluetooth, they are very limited to adjustments.

It is also likely that Phonak Naida Infinio (Sphere) will be released on the market within a few months.

Looking at your it looks like you could use aids with molds. I would lean towards the Phonak Audeo Sphere aids. As mentioned the new Naida Sphere is soon to come out if a aid is absolutely needed.

If money is an issue I would go to Costco. Most of their aids would cover your loss. If not, the Jabra BTE is the same as Resounds Enzo I believe. Big money savings. The Resound/Jabra app is pretty nice from reading here on the forum.

Indeed, with earmolds with maximum pressure vent (0.5-0.8mm) or no vent at all.

However, it is important to keep in mind that new generation of Phonak will be released in a few months.

Good news: COSTCO Does have, and will order the JABRA ENHANCE PRO MAX for you which are reportedly for we severe-to-profound loss hearing disabled. Mine were ordered one week ago, yesterday. I always have to use hearing aids with custom molds. My fitter tokd me it takes about 2 weeks for delivery.

Suggestion: Do a web search but begin with SEARCH ASSIST then type in the model as I posted above, then add the words FEATURES and DETAILS. When the Search Assist pops up, click MORE. If you know how to do a screenshot, you can edit that photo and print it off, like I did. I would be delighted to post it here but the file it much too large to upload it here. I’ll try to send it to you by the Message thing on here but don’t know if it will work.
