Loss of streaming youtube

Greeting one and all,

Have had my Costco Fortes for two weeks now. Love everything about them except one small hic up. While streaming to my iPhone 6s on ytube trying to watch video keep getting buffering issue,video starts and plays for awhile and then stops to re buffer. Do not have this issue streaming music either on my iPad or the phone.

If this has been posted before can someone point me to the post.

Is there a firmware fix either Resound or Apple?:floppy_disk::cd::desktop_computer::wrench::hammer::bomb::movie_camera:

If you are getting buffering, it is the phone and/or the connection or a slow site.

I had this exact problem (thread on it) and it was the regular wifi signal being messed up by the Bluetooth in the aid. As soon as I switched my connection to the 5g one it was no problem. This was the case with my Resounds that I was trialling but hasn’t been a prob with oticon Opn or Widex evoke.
