Microphone for use with bluetooth Amplifon hearing aids

Hi. I have a pair of Amplifon hearing aids with bluetooth. Previously I had Phonak with Roger.
I have a problem that when I am in a restaurant with several people, I have problems hearing the conversation.
With Roger it was much easier.
Anybody any idea what can be used?

Any possibility of returning aids and going back to Phonak and Roger? If not, check with Amplifon and see what they offer that might help. Unlikely to be as good as Roger. That might change when becomes more widespread.
