Hi everyone,
I was fitted with a pair of Starkey Omega 24 hearing aids today and I’m having some major issues with the aggressive noise cancellation. It is cutting out so much environmental noise that I’m struggling to hold a basic conversation or listen to music without the volume fluctuating wildly.
My previous aids were Phonak Vitro M90s. I am a programmer—I have a Noahlink Wireless and am very comfortable using Phonak Target. On my Vitros, I ended up completely disabling AutoSense and winding down the automatic noise management because I prefer a linear, natural “hear everything” approach without automatic program shifts. I want to replicate this setup on my new Starkeys.
Could someone please PM or share a link to the Starkey Pro Fit software installer? Thanks.
