Their pharmacy is available to the public, I know. Got our Novavax vaccinations there twice, just had to let the door person know where we were going.

Take it for what it’s worth, I had forgotten my card at home one time when I went to Costco for a servicing of my hearing aids, and they waved me through but told me that I couldn’t buy anything other than hearing aid batteries, which you pay for at the kiosk. Basically, nothing could be scanned at the front cash registers.

When I was buying mine (not quite two years ago) I was told verbally that membership had to be maintained for ongoing service and free supplies. I don’t recall if that was actually printed in the paperwork though.

There is nothing in my paperwork that mentions service or free supplies.
However, I’ve never been asked to see my Costco card when dropping the hearing aids off for new and domes. So it looks like if you make it through the door, they will service the hearing aids for you at my local Costco.

Maybe it depends on the store. When I wanted to try hearing aids at a local Costco store I had to show my membership card when I had the hearing test and again when the aids were fitted. I don’t know if there is a company wide policy.
