Next November, my Phonak P90s will be five years old, so I’ll be able to purchase new hearing aids using government funding. My concern is that within a few months of my purchase, Phonak will launch a new model, meaning I’ll be stuck with older hearing aids and not be able to take advantage of the new technology. I’d therefore ask those who know more than me if there’s any news of a new product launch by the end of the year, or if it’s been postponed until 2027.
I could also switch to Oticon, but I need more power and, above all, good frequency transposition, and in this regard, Phonak, as I’ve experienced, is undoubtedly better than Oticon.
