Anybody have any intel on whether there will be a new Signia Silk Charge & Go in ear hearing aid update? It’s been three years (I think) since the current version was release. Wondering if there is a new product line up coming soon. Thinking bluetooth integration would make these perfect.

Most likely if we look at the timing of past releases. Signia has not released any information so any predictions right now cannot be confirmed

I agree it’s just been far too long, Signia has been dragging their feet on a proper new platform release for a while, they even dumped an old school classic bluetooth model to try and make it look like “we’re doing something” (well it was, just not what we were expecting!) it’s unusual for them and obviously something is up, Signia is a favourite of mine since the Pure models, nice software as well.

I am considering pulling the trigger on the Signia Silk Charge & Go 7 IX but if something new is coming I would hold off. Or is it right to just pull the trigger.

Same boat you are in but I’m going ahead an updating from the 7AX platform. My aids are two years old so I just missed the IX platform last go around. Since Signia decided not to move forward with , I’m thinking that they are reserving that functionality for the next release. For me, not a big deal. I’ve got great insurance which allows me to update yearly (if I so choose), so if there was some game changing update, I might be compelled to upgrade again in a year - I’m not holding my breath. I think the IX platform was substantial enough for me to make the move. So if I get improved hearing (along with a new and fitting session), I’m good to go. So in search of something that gives my original hearing back just ain’t happening.

I would wait for the new platform, I bought signia pure 7ix +cros two months ago, a bit regret cause it was released 2~3 years ago.

Yeah i guess we could only wait til april 22-25 that is the heartech expo and see if they say something about a new platform or anything related to new hearing aids. Such a shame fr that they got me trying other brands as a lifelong user of signia(siemens).
