Hi my friend,
your is compatible with with these aids, the only thing you have to pay attention is that to have a good amplification on the 500Hz you have to wear the sleeve 3.0 power or the earmold 3.0. You are very close to the operating limit at 500 hz. One more thing to consider is that Depending on the shape of your ear canal, you may experience occlusion. I have the same hearing aids, they works really good for my hearing loss but i’m going crazy with occlusion, I haven’t found the right sleeve/dome/mold yet. hope the best for you, cheers.

Dr_Dr, yes, ccording to the Connexx graphics for Signia Silk C&G 7IX, the “Power 3.0” and “Earmold 3.0” domes effectively amplify 500 Hz with a 55 loss.
The “Open” dome does not cover 500 dB, but it is on the edge of gain, the difference is almost imperceptible, so it might amplify, too. If needed, it should be checked using InSitu to see if the 500 Hz frequency is audible.
As far as the occlusion effect is concerned, this Signia is one of the few hearing aids that controls it software-based. There’s no need to worry about the occlusion effect here – I’m not complaining, besides, I know how awful a real occlusion effect looks ![]()
PS: I don’t know what the “Earmold 3.0” dome is, but according to the specifications, it could be either “Vented,” “Closed,” or “Tulip”.
