We do free trials all the time. I shouldn’t be that hard to find, just call around.

Canada or US?

Explain your free trials… You let folks leave your location without any short of payment?

Think we have some confusion. As I read it in Canada ‘demo’ aids can’t be transferred between customers for walk a rounds like they can do in the US. In both Canada and the US you can buy a pair of aids, trial them, the 90 or 180 days and return them and get a 100% refund then repeat.

Demo aids, are the same pair of aids passed from customer to customer that you try in the store with no cash out lay.
Trial aids, are a pair you purchase and have a trial period that you can return for a full refund.

The OPs second post questioned why Costco in Canada would not let him walk around the store with aids reserved for that purpose while the US store do. A quick search basically showed what I posted. I defer to any Canadian who know ortherwise.

Ever consider getting the aids that you hear best with?

What a novel idea. Better hearing versus another tech gadget. Should one sacrifice better hearing for streaming, connectivity, techie gadgetry?
