NHS HAs (Danalogic & Signia Stretta) - Most appropriate fitting software

Dear all,

I’m new to , with the hope of having the opportunity of adjusting my HAs. NoahLink Wireless 2 arrived today, but the wind in my sails was let down as I learned that I’d need the right application to perform adjustments.

My HAs are from Specsavers and Scrivens. Neither admit to have any knowledge of each others’ HA brand or model - strange, I thought!

I can’t work out which software to use for these HAs - ReSound? Aventa? Connexx?

If anyone can help in pointing me in the right direction, I’d be most grateful.

Hi there, so you got these through NHS right, you didn’t buy outright from Specsavers? If so it seems you can possibly do (as Specsavers lock theirs) so I have no idea what your models are? Another forum member got Signia model through NHS and he says they where supplied by Specsavers, so give Signia Connexx software a go to begin with.

Thanks for your speedy reply! You’re right, they are NHS prescribed through referral, so I’m not expecting them to be locked.

One pair is Signia Stretta, while the other is Danalogic. Both Specsavers and Scrivens are shy in providing detailed information on the HAs. No paperwork, no instructions, just a “any problems, come back” note on leaving.
