My health records seem to indicate I was new referral to Specsavers last year, not true, I was given newer aids last year, by referring me as new are they getting paid more than just the usual updating aids. Anyone else experienced this ..

I’m not sure about the money side of it but I’m having trouble with specsavers relaying test results to the NHS trust I am under the care of maybe you are having a similar issue?
