I have an I Phone 9 and KS10 hearing aids. When I call or receive calls the bluetooth works great in my hearing aids. However the person on the other end hears nothing. If I quickly switch to speaker phone they can hear me fine? Today Costco updated my Easy Line app. Everything works fine EXCEPT THE PHONE PART. I still hear fine and the caller can’t hear me. WHATS TURNED OFF? Is there fix?
