NoahLink Resound SmartFit and Soundgear Profit

I use Noahlink, but for some reason, the Resound SmartFit software is the only one that fails to launch correctly. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? On the other hand anyone know how to get Starkey’s Soundgear Profit to show up in Noahlink?

What’s up here, your screenshot showing Noah software? That’s not much good to you unless your in an office environment with multiple PC’s? For projects you install in standalone mode, first thing I tell everyone is to read the user guides before jumping in.

Another weird question, like Profit software needs to installed in standalone and have Patient base software installed first, the “Noahlink” is Noahlink wireless and this is an hardware interface between and software, @firenzel can let you know how to open Costco’s Soundgear version of Profit.
