My daughter, 12, is currently waiting for her upgrade to come through. However, her coils have gone out and as you know they are now obsolete. She is currently down to one of her aqua coils, although she requires both processors. We are in need of coils ASAP. Any help?

Welcome to the forum.
Have you asked your audiologist for a loan processor while your upgrades arrive? My clinic here in Melbourne has loan processors
I personally don’t have any N7 coils left. Further down in this section you will find a heading “Cochlear spare parts” they might be able to help you. Good luck.

Hello, could you tell me which coils you need? Here in Belarus, it is possible to buy coils even for early models. Perhaps I could buy them for you and send them by mail.
