So I’ve had my Rexton hearing aids for a couple years now and within the last week the left hearing aid has a feedback sound that isn’t constant but it is definitely loud enough when it’s happening that it makes hearing out of my left ear nearly impossible. I work in customer support so luckily I have gotten used to reading lips. There have been times where I completely take out the hearing aid.
here is the kicker though, if I put any sort of media on my phone and have it stream to my hearing aids the sound goes away. Even if I turn the volume on the media all the way down. Luckily I found this trick out so that has been what I have to do at work, I will just build a queue of podcasts and let it run at zero volume.
has anyone else had this issue or maybe has some insight on how to fix it? Like I said this issue is rather new
