In what way? If Genie2 software is working then there’s nothing wrong with the updater, it’s easy enough to use the updater, sometimes country dependant also if you get it or not, USA and UK, I had to try about 10 times the last time I tried updating, shut down your PC (not a reboot but a complete shut down) and then turn back on, open Genie2 updater and force it to “check for updates” after a few times you’ll have it.

Thank you. Genie 2024 is working, but will not update to 2025 version. For some reason, the Oticon updater will not open. Have tried restarts etc.

Well, I took your advice again. Restarted 3 times. On the third time uploader worked. Maybe my computer. Thanks again. I wish this ran on Mac. That is my main good computer and the one I know
