Oticon Intent 1 with Pixel 7a

I am considering buying a pair of Oticon Intent 1. I have been wearing a pair of Demos for a week now, and they are a great improvement over my previous pair (Zircon minirite). My concern is how well they will interface with my Pixel 7a. I’m also going to test a pair of Jabra Enhance 500 to see if the Oticon is worth the extra $4K. Any comments would be appreciated.

If you have a Costco nearby, I would try the Jabra Enhance Pro 30 instead. You will save 300 bucks. I think the warranty with loss replacement is the same, but double check.

I have the Oticon INTENT aids with my Samsung S23 phone and i have full hands free calls. The INTENT aids shout work with the Google pixel phones to give you hands free calls.

Also check out the Philips Hearlink 9050, which is supposed to be similar to the Oticon Intent 1.

I’m in the process of replacing my Oticon More 2 with with either of these.

At this point it boils down to what insurance will cover.

should work. Are you able to pair the demo units you are trailing to your phone?

The p7a only provides , so no hands-free, or tap to answer/disconnect calls.
But, Oticon has an accessory called Easy LE Adaptor, which connects to the USB C port, and gives you Hands-free, and you can use it with a computer/tablet!
Not sure if the Philips 9050 has the adapter (it might).
