Oticon More Bluetooth problems

I to have been having nothing but heartache with my Galaxy S21 Ultra and Oticon More 2 hearing aids. Constant cutting out, both channels intermittently. I tried the new accessibility option with initial success then the cutting out began again. Are you having any success? I had to reinstall the oticon app as I was getting an error message “an app is needed” when I tried to pair the right .

My Phonak aids are currently in for a 3 year tuneup so
I’m a temporary user of Oticon More aids and am very surprised (and disappointed) to read these comments about Bluetooth problems.
I’m surprised because considering the Oticon issues, I’m even MORE satisfied with my Phonaks that perform much better than the Oticon Mores, Bluetooth-wise at least.
Not only do my Phonaks stream flawlessly but I can turn up the volume enough to be able to stream comfortably while wearing earmuffs while mowing the lawn. With the oticons I was unable to get the volume up high enough to understand anything at all.
I hope Oticon gets this problem resolved for you all. I’m now even more anxious to get my 1/3rd the cost Phonaks back.
Best wishes.

I don’t really have issues with my More1 aids with my iPhone or iPad. But I don’t use or even have the Oticon ON app installed. The app was causing the connectivity issues I was having with my aids. At least with the IOS devices I don’t really have a need for this he app.
