Hello everyone,

and greetings from Germany. I am currently using the aforementioned device. Sadly, after 4 sessions with a technician I am starting to realise that the results are not that good.
(I have a rare loss only on right side where deep tones are very affected but high ones almost didn´t at all, plus my German is still lacking)
Would it be possible for me to buy the software from Oticon and tweak the device myself?
The device is bluetooth capable. What else would I need?
I have a hearing loss only on right side, and sadly as far as I can remember. Decided to do something about it only now at 42.

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a a go, as mentioned you’ll need that Noahlink wireless as well, Genie2 is the software which is pretty easy to use ; )

Sure no problem, as for the Noahlink wireless programming device there’s 2 models, the original and a later model but it doesn’t matter which one you get as they both do the exact same thing! eBay and Amazon have them.
