Oticon poor phone reception on bluetooth

My miniriter aids don’t always work with bluetooth on the phone, government and company phones very waffley sound, i need to switch to hands free to continue , which defeats the whole exercise of the bluetooth,
Any idea’s.

Hi, I was also not satisfied with the capabilities of the Orticon (real 1) but experienced a much better result NOT to use the Companion any more, but ONLY couple them with BT…

Less disconnections, and a much more consistent use of HF phone Calls.
You should try it.
Also the distance between your Ha’s and phone should be as close as can get…This is because of the low transmitting power of the Aids.

Interesting i have worn Oticon aids for 15 years and find that Bluetooth connectivity is very good with Apple, Android and even very basic phones with Bluetooth. I have needed to use in the past streamers, and the connect clip but now I connect with easy to my Samsung S23 phone.
