Features:-
The ReSound Nexia Micro RIE NX960S-DRWC is a Receiver-in-Ear (RIE) hearing aid, launched in October 2023, and is part of GN ReSound's latest line of hearing solutions. It is designed to address mild to profound hearing loss and is 25% smaller than previous ReSound technology, focusing on enhanced speech understanding. Key features of this model include 17 processing channels and 20 adjustment bands, full features of the ReSound Nexia Micro RIE NX line, including the most advanced level of All Around 360 speech enhancement, noise reduction features, and Environmental Optimiser. It also boasts a top-tier 24-bit analog-to-digital converter for CD-quality sound.
A significant advancement in the Nexia line, including the NX960S-DRWC, is its support for Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio and broadcast audio. This technology allows for seamless audio experiences, including direct streaming from compatible smartphones (iPhone and Android 14 devices) and future Auracast public broadcasts, which can eliminate background noise from sources like airport announcements. The hearing aids also feature an M&RIE (Microphone & Receiver-in-Ear) system, which includes an additional microphone inside the ear to capture sounds more naturally and reduce handling noise. Users can control the hearing aids and personalize their sound experience using the ReSound Smart 3D app. The NX960S-DRWC is a rechargeable model, offering up to 30 hours of usage on a single charge, with a full charge in under three hours. It is water and dust-resistant.
