My 4-year KS-10 has short battery life. It also cannot hear what my wife said in noisy restaurant or church dinners. So I went to Costco for a new Jabra Pro-30 because it has an chips dedicating for noise deduction on addition of the main chip. However, Costco specialist told me to use Philip HearLink 9050 based on my hearing profile. She said that If I use Jabra pro 30, I will be overwhelmed by its loud sound. I know that the Philip uses AI in its single chip hardwear, but dual chips may have the edge regarding noise suppression. I like to hear the opinions from community. Thanks. Ming
