Phonak App Setting

I have Phonak Audeo Lumidty 90 HA’s. Have the Phonak App installed and use it for adjustments when required. However nothing in my users manual for the Aids or on Phonak web site tells me how to set each one of the Programs (TV, Large group, etc), and spiffily what Default vs Comfort vs Clarity does for me in each program. Same for suggestions for each program for Volume, noise , speech focus, etc. I have set each program to what I think will work but see little difference. Anyone know where I can find good expiations for setting programs? Thanks
