Hi,
I’m having a problem connecting my Phonak Infinio Sphere I90 hearing aids to my Lenovo PC via Bluetooth.
Pairing the hearing aids with the PC works fine, and I can also select them as the audio output device without any issues. All the necessary Windows settings appear to be correct for audio streaming to the hearing aids (and I’m fairly technical, so I’ve already gone through the usual troubleshooting steps).
The problem is that no sound is actually being transmitted to the hearing aids.
When I test the audio output in Windows, the volume meter moves as if audio is being sent, but I hear nothing in the hearing aids. All volume settings on both the PC and the hearing aids are turned up appropriately.
I’ve already tried the standard fixes:
-
Removed and re-paired the hearing aids
-
Restarted the PC
-
Checked and adjusted all relevant audio settings
-
Verified that Windows 11 and all drivers/software are fully up to date
Despite this, there’s still no audio coming through the hearing aids.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a solution? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
