After purchasing the ‘Hi‑Pro 2’, I tried to connect my hearing aid, but it is not being recognized.
There is a CD that came with the Hi‑Pro 2, but the problem is that my PC does not have a CD drive, so I cannot install it.
I think I need to install the program and the USB driver in order to make the connection. I would appreciate your help.

The programming software for your aids should have installed the driver automatically . If not , see @tenkan post below
Did you try installing the driver from here, it may help you along. Unfortunately sometimes it’s not just plug and play with HiPro. Sometimes just restarting windows after you have plugged HiPro in can get things moving along as well. https://madsen.hu/en/support/
So it is the hi-pro that is not being recognized in your windows device manager or your aids ? Please share your hearing aid brand , model and the programming software (including the version). Without this information, we can’t help
