Phonak Infinio noise reduction, noise block or compresion

Hi, when I wear my hearing aids, they have something like a noise reduction that works automatically. But when I use the text or make calls on my iPhone, the noise reduction disappear and they sound louder. When I finish texting or making phone calls, the noise reduction gets activated again. Is this normal? What’s causing this, the noise block, noise reduction or compression? Thanks

Maybe It’s that something to do with the myPhonak app or when using the phone or text the hearing aids switch to phone call +mic setting and this setting I have it with a lauder volume.

I know, I have the volume of the Phone call + mic lauder than my other programs
so what’s happening is that when on a phone calls or texting The or the phonak app automatically uses the sound volume from Phone call + mic, and It’s not just for the phone calls, the HA mics are louder, it says Phone calls + mic so every thing around me sounds louder Thanks
