Yes, and the good news is they will be swapping out the Global II unit for the PerfectDry Lux model. I like that it only needs 30 to 45 minutes to dry and clean the aids. This is ideal because I could place them in the unit after my hard workouts. And leave the nighttime/overnight period for charging them. The global II requires 8 hours drying period and during that time no charging. So the PerfectDry Lux is ideal for me.

Got my Spheres back on Wednesday along with the perfectdry lux. HAs are working great so far. I’m told that they replaced the outer shells and the receivers. There was no mention of moisture as the problem. I like the dryer unit. Quick and easy to use. I pop them in after my workout. Ready in 30 or so minutes.
